Cancellation policy
By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to be automatically billed on a recurring monthly basis at the discounted subscription rate. All subscriptions require a minimum commitment of two (2) billing cycles. After the initial two-month period, you may cancel, skip, or pause your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
Please note: To ensure your changes are processed in time, we require at least 72 hours’ notice before your next billing date for any subscription modifications, including cancellations, skips, or pauses.
Cancellations requested before the second billing cycle will not be processed until the minimum commitment has been met. It is your responsibility to manage your subscription before the next billing date to avoid unwanted charges.
